Helen -> Newport (KY)

I didn't see this Newport played yet.

oscar

All the destinations on this sign, except the first one, are accessible by road from here only in the winter. But I saw construction crews working on a short new segment of the all-season road that will ultimately provide a connection open for more than two or three months of the year.

Newport => Tulita (NT), or per A rule Norman Wells, Deline, or Wrigley:

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

...you might want to look for the unedited version of the signage, as per Rules 10-11.

Let's try that again.

There are three signs in that photo. The one at the bottom is obviously fake, but the top one is the one being played, and is not an obvious fake. If there were a way for Henry to edit out the bottom sign (which is political, anyway), there would be no issue.

I can play from either U or O, but will hold off.

Okay, that's fine. The sign in play is presumably unedited.

Quotethe bottom sign (which is political, anyway)

Technically, many of the signs in this game are based on political borders rather than political issues, amirite? :D
