Just a few pics I took today in Grayling, MI with my mothers new Canon camera. I may buy one for myself as I am pleased with the quality.

Very nice.

It surprised me an object is the control city for I-75 here, and not a town, like Sault Ste. Marie or so. The Mackinac Bridge is still quite a distance away.

Once you get north of the bridge at St. Ignace the control city then becomes Sault Ste. Marie.

I'm impressed roadgeek, you covered the roads well (no bug splats, no windshield smudge, good perspectives, good lightning). Nice job!!

Thanks for the comments everyone! Here is two more from this batch.

I'll echo the "nice pictures" sentiment.  Most of mine have bug splats and windshield smudges.  :)

Just a few more pics that I took today in the area.

This is the first reassurance marker for the I-75 / M-55 multiplex heading south. The shadow is the overpass above which carries M-55.

These were taken with a Kodak EasyShare C713. Although this cam took some decent photos I ended up returning it as it was very slow between shots.

A few years ago I drove to the state line specifically for this photo. Was taken with my trusty Sony Cybershot DSC P-52.
