US 20 the entire way.
You're sure that starting with I-88 and I-86 isn't faster?

Nashville to Charlotte. I-40 is banned. (Hint: this can be done in under half an hour.)
Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

I'm going to think that that half an hour hint means that I should be looking at Charlotte, Tennessee so US 70 to TN 47 should work.
(EDIT: This route actually takes ~50 minutes.)

Nice! Like when I went from Boston to Worcester in good old England, UK.

N.b.: changed to unified state route nomenclature :D
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.
