Looks like Trondheim stumped us.  This is my only other photo of a road out of Trondheim that will take us to somewhere central....and that place is back to Oslo on the E6.

Yes.  It's more clearly visible if you click the link for the enlarged photo, but it's there.

edit, I added this cropped photo taken from the high-res link above:

Let's jump to Ely, NV and take US 50, aka the Loneliest Road in America, out to Jimmy Fallon:
Go Cubs Go! Go Cubs Go! Hey Chicago, what do you say? The Cubs are gonna win today!

^ I could be missing it, but I don't see a US-50 sign in that photo.  Without a US-50 sign, I think we're still in Ely, MN.

Based on that, assuming we're still in Cairo:

Well, excuuuuuuuse me for not seeing that notation. When I saw the photo, there were very clear US 395 and US 50 markers visible.

Let's all chill out here. Snarky comments aren't helpful. And in the future, if you ninja-edit your post, say so in the message so we all don't get confused.

AsphaltPlanet

I'm chill.  It's just that I'm not an idiot.

I make mistakes just like everyone else does, but I wouldn't have missed that US-50 shield, and common sense should dictate that anyone who comes across that post should probably assume that there would be some other logical explanation other than someone missing a shield that takes up a third of the photo?

HB's pretty quick to throw other people under the bus, so I'm giving it back to him.

I guess sometimes a sense of humour comes at the cost of common sense.

???

Pretty appropriate, then, that I'm playing US 224 from Canfield to the hometown of Tom From Ohio (Mogadore). Now DUAAFAFO.
