Ahhhhh I recognize the two visible license plates now!  My guess of I-16 is not the best, knowing this new information, but still not horrible.

I didn't recognize them, I tried to cheat using the Wikipedia page but it wasn't as much help as I thought it would be.

I think I can tell what they are, hence my guess of I-77.  But if I'm reading them correctly, there's a couple more good options in the area.  Just have to wait my turn.

I can't make out the state of the license plate, but the pattern for one of the cars is NNNNLLN. I don't know if that helps narrow things down a bit.
