This switch up no longer exists here but back in 2019, MO 94 was signed as US 94 in St. Charles. This switch up seems to have only lasted about a year before it was fixed.

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

^I am kinda surprised you found these.  I do not think I have ever gone onto VA 76 this way.

I actually live nearby and drove through the office park one day when I stumbled on these. There's also a US 76 "west"  sign on one of the other streets.

I drove over here Sunday Night on the way back to my parents' house after my friend's wedding and saw that they have been corrected.

Yet another US-101 ODOT mixup, this time by Pacific City:

First thing I saw when I dropped a pin in Oklahoma (both are US highways):

For unrelated bonus error points, the intersection also features yellow chevrons for right-turn islands.

↑ Well, this is the bypass where Oklahoma sent AASHTO an application to realign US-385 and US-287 in order to "elimitante the truck trarffic", after all...

The original sign was correct: https://goo.gl/maps/5K4ZxeVEEzq72U1eA

At some point, it was replaced, and it was incorrect, along with the east directionality text removed for some reason: https://goo.gl/maps/UCg7pUNYcGVktg4f8

The shield was fixed at some point after that: https://goo.gl/maps/gxzkEiE8VRThcgzh7 And the east directionality being removed makes sense as there are entrances for both directions there.

However, now the sign isn't there at all. I don't know if it fell or if it was removed intentionally.

I will note that this sign farther up didn't used to be there and was installed a few years ago: https://goo.gl/maps/HbuKmsL3vYJHjRo38 Here's the area before it was installed: https://goo.gl/maps/9Rxxa7ZBM1hHpkyk9 I can only make a guess here, but I wonder if they decided that the smaller sign on the light pole was redundant.

That is the third generation of erroneous US 18 shields in Covington. The originals were cutouts.

I feel like NY mixups are cheating, even for this thread.
I'm done posting transgressions by NYSDOT Region 8, since I find them practically at a rate of 1 per day. Other responsible parties are fair game for me though, and this one looks like Oneida County's problem to me.

DesertedHighwayz

When you pass by almost any major intersection in Hopewell, VA, they almost ALWAYS have mistakes

VA-10, VA-36, once I-295 (I don't quite remember but I think it was a painted US Shield), VA-156 ALL HAVE US SHIELDS. Just drive through the town, you'll find one!
