I placed Pegman down on a random road in Pennsylvania and...

Hell of a find. I love those old porcelain signs.

And Street Road? WHY?

I believe that takes you right to the center of Townburg, a charming little city on the edge of Forest Woods. Across from Park Green is historic Plaza Square, where you can purchase clothing apparel at Store Shop, a beef steak at Cafe Bistro, or a rap hip-hop CD at LP Records.

Not sure that Capital One's sign here is your typical gas/food/lodging type....I guess Ocean County needs the money...

I suspected that might be US 1 at PA 132. There are similar signs on PA 132 as well.

Does anyone know if those signs are still up? They look like they have to be at least 40 years old, if not older!

I pass through that area frequently, and those signs are definitely still up, as of a few days ago.

I'm surprised that the RACETRACK wasn't replaced with a Parx Casino tab.  I know that the supplemental BGS' along I-95 had Parx Casino & Racing placed over Philadelphia Park Racetrack when the casino first opened.

When the 78/139 Holland Tunnel approach ramps were rebuilt just a few years ago, this one seems to have actually had new bases poured, so perhaps there's time left for this design after all.

Yes, BC has always been interesting to me. I would like to live there if it wasn't for the rain and expensive everything.
BTW, old highway gothic gantries on the TCH crossing the Vancouver Harbour have also been replaced   
It's getting difficult to find old and FHWA signs in BC now. 

Updated highways such as the 401 widening in Ontario and A85 extension in Quebec also interest me.
