I count that stretch of the B-W Parkway as MD 295 (a route I already clinched), even though MD 295 is unsigned between the DC line (technically MD 201, but effectively the B-W Parkway) and the MD 175 exit in Jessup and isn't even maintained by the MDTA but rather the NPS. That stretch of NPS-maintained B-W Parkway is still considered MD 295 even though it isn't signed as such.

Kenilworth Ave (the real MD-201) would like a word with you. MD-295 ends in Jessup, where the Baltimore Washington Parkway starts (southbound). Period.

Makes sense because of technical definitions and field signage. TravelMapping lists the start of MD 201 at the DC line to the B-W Parkway/US 50 junction, the NPS-maintained B-W Parkway between the MD 201/US 50 junction, and the signed MD 295 portion of the B-W Parkway as three different roads (even if while driving, the roads feel like they are all one continuous stretch of pavement). They are listed on the website as MD201, BalWasPkwy, and MD295 on that site. I didn't clinch 201, but I definitely clinched the B-W Parkway between MD 201 and Jessup/signed (and maybe actual) start of MD 295, as well as clinched MD 295 (as maintained by MDTA and signed on the field).
