How many other professional sports have a well established song?
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

The Detroit Tigers have "Go Get 'Em Tigers."

When the Tigers were in the postseason pennant races a dozen or so years ago, The Detroit Symphony Orchestra would perform an orchestral version during a September concert each year, early in their season.

Not really an official theme song, but several teams across different sports have used The Alan Parsons Project instrumental "Sirius" during player introductions.

I was always partial to the Bears' Super Bowl Shuffle.

It'll be interesting to see whether the new name of the Washington Redskins will have the same number of syllables so as to be able to work with the music, and substantially the lyrics, to "Hail to the Redskins."
"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.

The unofficial anthem of the White Sox is "Kiss Him Goodbye" by Steam. ESPN did a great story recently on how it happened:

The official anthem of the White Sox is much less known: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CPz7pkYcgg
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

The Bungles adopted "Welcome to the Jungle" as a theme song after it came out in 1987/88 and became popular.

If they hadn't become so woke, I'd recommend UK Athletics adopt "Cat Scratch Fever" as a theme song. But Ted Nugent and kneeling for the national anthem aren't sympatico.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

The Chargers also had another anthem by P.O.D:

LSU has "Eye Of The Tiger" and "Neck" (plus who knows how many other songs).

This North Side ditty first came out the year I entered high school (and my signature contains the chorus to it):

Of course, the most famous example of that is the Bulls during their glory years of the 90s.
Go Cubs Go! Go Cubs Go! Hey Chicago, what do you say? The Cubs are gonna win today!

The Orioles' theme song is this 70stastic masterpiece.

I was always partial to the Bears' Super Bowl Shuffle.

But it's not the official Chicago Bears song.  It's the anthem of the 1985 Bears.

And now... ladies and gentlemen, our National Anthem (two versions, one with lyrics):  :)

Because the Super Bowl Shuffle was better than this response

The Red Sox don't have an official theme song, just several songs associated with them (Dirty Water by the Standelles, Tessie by the Dropkick Murphys, and of course Sweet Caroline)

This one here is the unofficial Bruins theme song:

And the Celtics and Bruins have often been associated with this one:

Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

That's the first time I've heard that disaster since Super Bowl XX.  :-o

Who came up with that garbage?  "New England, the Patriots, and We?!?!?!?!?"  We what?  We sound like fools?  We lost 46-10?  We got lucky and beat the Dolphins?  We have no taste in music (Boston-based music really is better than this)?  Thank God they dumped that crap once Brady arrived.
