- Colorado agrees to sign all routes which duplex Interstate highways, and fully signs US-alignments which parallel the interstates.

- Colorado finally finishes the Denver outer belt and signs the entire loop I-470.

- Colorado completes six-laning of I-70 between Denver and Aspen.

- No more Sunday Traffic jams heading from the mountains to Denver on I-70 Eastbound.
