apex legends is better than fortnite, omg
stop being noobs, we all know minecraft is the best game ever

Wouldn't be shocked to see any of these threads to surface anytime soon...depends on how many people are into televised moving images projected by cable and played by a human who directly interacts on the world on screen.

List of threads that need re-railing.

I could see this one happening, and would have a few rather controversial choices for it.

It would probably end up like that one thread that started “sounds you hate”  and ended up “here are my political beliefs”

For sure. Especially given how political musicians tend to be.

Aaaaaand this thread is well on its way to being locked again.

It probably never had a chance.

Not with the jackbooted triggerhappy moderators that (poorly) run this forum.

Roads that you have unclinched.

It does happen because routes get realigned or extended, though. Might be an interesting thread.

Or roads you've clinched by truncation.

I had the A344–better known as the road past Stonehenge–clinched (and I still have it my Travel Mapping log because I view it as a valid clinch), but the road no longer exists. There’s now just a service road for shuttle buses taking people from the new visitors’ centre to the rocks.

I guess rather than “roads you’ve unclinched,”  this would go in “roads you clinched that no longer exist.”

Highways with irrational numbers

County route E gets close, but the route is unfortunately a capital letter, not lowercase. Same with OK 3E, US 11E, etc.

Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

I don't think that's completely unheard of.  Seinfeld is one example.  The first season of Blackadder pales in comparison to the remaining three.  Not The Nine O'Clock News had such an awful signal-to-noise ratio, they've only released a handful of eps.

Parks & Recreation’s first season is nowhere near as good as the rest of them. (Mark Brendanawicz, we hardly knew ye.)

IIRC, The Office got off to a similarly rocky start.

In its first year, M*A*S*H received horrible ratings (46th in the Neilsens) and was almost on the verge of being cancelled.
