Most are in the large metros (DFW, Austin, Houston, San Antonio), with an exception or 2 (Tyler has 2 on the list, for example).

I saw the Katy Freeway from Beltway 8 to 610 was on the list. Hard to believe that 20+ lanes wouldn't make an appreciable difference.
