No, the close does not refer to the speed limit being numerically close to 55. Hint: The speed limit refers to the lane prominently displayed in the picture- the pic is backward. And it's not 65.

35 is correct. It's the very end of the Lowell Connector. 55 was close because that's the speed limit southbound in the lane not shown. LilianaUwU is up next.
