How does that happen? Using UTF-16, each emoji should be 2 bytes, and the limit is 20000 – no remainder. (Using UTF-8, partial sequences are considered to be invalid. Also, the 300 character limit for signatures appears to count emoji as 2 but most non-ASCII characters as 1, which is consistent with UTF-16.)
