North Carolina Routing Changes

Several routing changes have been added to NCDOT's website as "proposed" plus NC 162 is "ordinance"

US 158 - reroute at Reidsville to go around south of town using new NC 87 to US 29 Byp. north (was supposed to have been done 10 years ago)
US 421 Bus - created for Sanford
US 421 Conn - instead of also routing NC 87 on the Sanford Bypass, the part between NC 87 and US 421 se of town will be US 421 Conn
NC 148 - extend west to US 70
NC 162 - extend east to I-95 Bus/US 301
NC 186 - extend south with US 301, then west with NC 46, then replace SR 1200 north to NC 48
NC 37 - extend south across Albemarle Sound with NC 32-94, then south over new construction to US 64
NC 45 - extend south to Ferry dock, then ferry route itself to connect with NC 12 Ocracoke
NC 211 - extend east to Ferry dock, the ferry route itself to connect with US 421
NC 615 - extend west to NC 168
