Are there any other places that list two state capitals on one guide sign

The OP said one guide, not one sign.

I think both RGT and the OP mean the same thing: a single panel, not different panels on the same overhead.

The latter is much too common to be noteworthy.

Otherwise, it would be much too common to be noteworthy.

But the example he gave was on two different signs.  That's what I was "challenging".

My bad, I didn't scroll back to see RGT's original post. Yes, I think the two capitals should be on the same panel if it's an overhead.

Then there's also the tangential question of which capitals are NEVER on the same panel (or even signed at the same location) as another capital.

My guess without verifying:
Juneau
Phoenix
Tallahassee
Honolulu
Springfield
Topeka
Frankfort
Baton Rouge
Augusta
Annapolis (unless you count Washington)
Jackson
Jefferson City
Helena
Lincoln
Trenton
Santa Fe
Raleigh
Bismarck
Salem
Harrisburg
Pierre
Austin
Richmond (unless you count Washington)
Olympia
Charleston

On a side note, here's a single panel for Sacramento and Carson City.

Being that I-20 is one of man roads that serves two consecutive state capitals with one large city in between it can actually have the rare occurrence of having them both appear as sole control cities on one particular sign panel.

Are there any other places that list two state capitals on one guide sign?

I'm not sure, but I would think that WB I-80 at I-580 in Reno would have a pull through for Sacramento and an exit for Carson City. It may be that SB US-395 (which becomes I-580) near I-80 in Reno would have a pull through for Carson City, and interchanges onto I-80 for Sacramento and Salt Lake.

Beat you by about 20 minutes.

How about this for two capitals on one overhead sign?  :D

Or in that same vein, but less impressive, this?

[see list below]

You knew someone would have to try and find some of these:

Juneau - none
Phoenix - none
Tallahassee - can't find any, frustratingly, but I'll keep looking
Honolulu - none
Springfield - on the same overhead as Indy here
Topeka - none on the same overhead as Oklahoma City at I-35/I-335 (see posts below); Topeka also should be signed at this exit
Frankfort - none
Baton Rouge - on the same overhead as Jackson here
Augusta - real version here, cheap version here (hey, it was never specified that the sign had to be referring to the one that's a capital! :-P)
Annapolis (unless you count Washington) - so close if only they used Annapolis instead of "Bay Bridge"...
Jackson - see Baton Rouge; see also here; Little Rock/Jackson might exist as well (it does; see posts below)
Jefferson City - none unless you count the cheap version using Columbia, MO here
Helena - none
Lincoln - on the same overhead as Des Moines here
Trenton - there's got to be one with Harrisburg somewhere; this would be a great spot for a pull-through
Santa Fe - none, unless there's something with Denver along I-25
Raleigh - signed at the I-95/US 64 junction along with Richmond, but never on the same overhead
Bismarck - none, sadly. I-94 uses Minneapolis instead of St. Paul/Twin Cities, and Pierre isn't used that far north
Salem - none
Harrisburg - see Trenton
Pierre - none
Austin - none, unless there is somewhere in the DFW area with Oklahoma City, but TXDOT seems to prefer Waco/Denton
Richmond (unless you count Washington) - see Raleigh
Olympia - none
Charleston - none unless you count the cheap version using Charleston, SC here

There are several along I-94 in southeast MN and northwest WI that show St. Paul and Madison.

Topeka and Oklahoma City are both on this overhead at I-35/335 in Kansas.

Little Rock/Jackson might exist as well

It does, on I-40 westbound at I-240 in Memphis:

(Yeah, I took that picture three days before the whole bridge fiasco there. Got through just in time.)

It's so close - https://goo.gl/maps/g231dfdQxWt738fB8

If only there was a reassurance sign along the I-95 North C/D lane that said "I-95 North Richmond"  next to the US-64 exit sign.

Nice! I figured there wouldn't be anything north of Wichita mentioning OKC, but I should have thought to look there.

Wow. I really missed the forest for the trees here. I was so busy looking on the Arkansas side that it never even occurred to me to look on the Tennessee side!

Did the thread topic get changed to just on one gantry now, instead of one BGS?

Not exactly changed, more like evolved into a sub-topic of trying to find every capital on the same overhead as another
