Browsing Google Maps and came across what looked like TN218 extended from TN69 east to US641 along the north side of Paris.

Are there plans to complete the loop?

Last month I saw that the northwest quadrant of TN 218 was accessible from US 641:

they need to. adding traffic lights to 641 on the south side would be better anyways. idk why they haven't done so yet, i guess they assumed it was gonna be nothing there for a bit.
