Oregon: US 101 = 1 [formerly 2]
OR 126 = 5
OR 42 = 1
OR 126 has 9:
At OR 36 in Mapleton
At Garfield St in Eugene
At OR 99 in Eugene
At I-105 in Eugene
At OR 126B in Springfield
At US 20 near Clear Lake
At US 20 in Sisters
Two at US 97 in Redmond

Speaking of US 20, 7:
At OR 34/99W in Corvallis
At ORH 210 in Corvallis (Harrison/Van Buren)
At 2nd St in Corvallis
At 9th Ave/OR 99E in Albany
At Greenwood Ave/US 97B in Bend
At Broadway (with US 395 at OR 78) in Burns
At OR 201 (with US 26) between Ontario and Nyssa

US 395, 11:
At I-82/US 730 in Umatilla
At US 730 in Umatilla
At I-84/US 30 south of Stanfield
At I-84/OR 37 in Pendleton
At US 26 in Mt Vernon
At US 26 in John Day
At US 20 outside of Burns
At OR 78 (with US 20) in Burns
At US 20 west of Hines
At OR 31 in Valley Falls -- counting as ORH 19, the Fremont Highway, is the through line along OR 31 and US 395 south; ORH 49 terminates here
At OR 140 in Lakeview

OR 140, 7 (8):
At Agate Rd in White City
At Leigh Way in White City
At OR 66 south of Klamath Falls
At OR 39 southeast of Altamount
At OR 39 east of Altamount
At US 395 in Lakeview
At US 395 north of Lakeview
Bonus: At NV 292 (as NV 140) south of Denio

US 26: The Ross Island Maze in Portland's a mess for this.
US 30: It finds our lack of faith disturbing.
OR 99: Eh. Lots.

None of the other routes in Oregon really bear examining, including US 97. The only highway that comes to mind would be 15, the McKenzie.
