BC 395 (the continuation from US 395) at BC 3 also "ENDS," though that's Canada. But it's the only END(S) US 395's got and it's not far from the border.

M3100:
Here's one from western Maryland, near Hancock, from May 2023.  All signs along the segment I traveled were labeled as 'Scenic' 40 (not Alt 40).

M3100:
I clinched PA 163, which runs a few miles along the Mason-Dixon line, just inside Pennsylvania, north of Hagerstown, MD.  It has two END signs at the west end.  In order: east end, west end #1 (at T-intersection), west end #2 (after turning left towards MD at T-intersection). All from May 2023.

This route does not show up on the Rand McNally 2019 Large Scale Atlas I have.  (it does show up on the TravelMapping.net site, which is how I found it).
