I am in Florida enjoying upper 80s and sunny weather, while avoiding "enhanced" severe weather back at home.

Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

A lot of the snow is melting as it's a beautiful 37 and sunny here.  For those that haven't been to Colorado, that's actually great weather with this lack of humidity and bright sunshine.

Rather than twelve months, Wichita has twelve seasons:

I.  Winter
II.  False Spring
III.  Second Winter
IV.  Second False Spring
V.  Third Winter
VI.  Spring
VII.  Tornado Season
VIII.  Summer
IX.  Road Construction
X.  Fall (for four days)
XI.  December
XII.  Christmas

We're currently in False Spring.  The second one will come later in March.

Called it.  Second False Spring just ended, and Third Winter has now arrived.

Yesterday's high was 70°F, and now it's currently sleeting.

You know you live in south Texas when the ice cream truck starts making its rounds in mid-March. Today was sunny, with a high of about 70.

62 and sunny

At 8 AM?

Several days in a row in the 50s and 60s, but still no outdoor seating yet except for one tiny seafood place that is busy enough on Fridays during Lent that traffic backs up (and had outdoor seating during the non-snowy part of the year even before COVID).
Clinched, minus I-93 (I'm missing a few miles and my file is incorrect)

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

The March yo-yo continues. 2 feet of snow last weekend, up to 66 on Saturday, more snow (about 6") last night & this morning.

I think I'm seeing the prequel to summer. Some storms blew through last night, leaving it very humid and sunny. The high is 83 today.

Huh?  I live in Texas now?  We heard the ice cream truck after dark two days ago.

Also, I think that's the second time I've heard it this year.  First time was in February, I think.

I haven't seen an ice cream truck - at least, the kind that drives around neighborhoods with bells ringing - in at least three years, and even then I thought it was reminiscent of a bygone era.

Last time I remember seeing one like you describe was 2015 - I lifeguarded at a neighborhood pool that summer, and there was a truck that came by most days.  All the kids, upon hearing the truck, would instantly get out of the pool, scream at their parents for money, and go get in line, leaving us with a few minutes of respite :-D

(the truck would usually give us lifeguards free ice creams as well, but they always seemed annoyed about it - there must have been some deal in the background between management on both sides that they had to :hmmm:

"How would they compete?"
"Let's say they rode together in a big buss."
"Is Ditka driving?"
"Of course!"
"Then I like da Bear buss."
"DA BEARSSS BUSSSS"

Cloudy here.  I had a tornado go just south of where I live.  I have not been out, but there is reportedly heavy damage.
