Finally getting into "same clothes inside and out" season here in Seattle. About 61 today and crystal clear. Cherry blossoms are gorgeous. Shorts and a t-shirt for me. Got in about 20k steps.

Next week, low 70s and sunny. Other than tomorrow, very little rain in the forecast. Which is actually a bit unusual. Spring is never a wash-out but I'm not seeing big chances for rain after tomorrow really at all for at least a good week, if not longer.

NWI_Irish96

Got up to 80 today. Went from being too cold to have the windows open in the afternoon on Saturday to too warm to have them open today.

An annoying light drizzle, enough to soak my jacket but not enough to see. Either rain or don't.

Had a nice few day stretch of 70s and 80s, now we get to deal with a classic slow upper low for the next 4 days. Cool and rainy
The local weatherman, trust me I can be 99.9% right!

A line of severe thunderstorms, which cut a local track meet off short, is now overhead. Today's high is 80, and as a result of the cold front, tomorrow will have a high of 56.

Currently 84 and raining with big gusts of wind. We're just getting the big spring storm that's currently making a big mess of the rest of the southeast. And my Microsoft weather app on my PC is claiming this is light rain.  :eyebrow:

This morning was a tale of three different weather events:

8:00 AM  Very muggy, around 75 and mostly cloudy.
9:30 AM  Windy, temperature dropped a bit, and rain threatened, but none came sadly.
11:00 AM  Sun came out and wind stopped, high shot up to around 82 or so.

The lack of rain we've had here as of late seems like it will plunge us into drought, and not much is expected over the next two weeks, so I'm expecting a burn ban to come into effect pretty soon.

Very pleasant weather these next few days. Mostly sunny and in the low to mid 60s.

We're breaking records in the opposite direction: 2020 and 2021 battling it out for the least snowiest March on record, and it's not even close after those two. I mean, they're extreme outliers from everything else in recent history. This March has been more spring-like than the average April.

There couldn't be a more classic set up for a blizzard to drop three feet of snow come mid-May.

The classic set up continues, with April now posing as May. We've reached the point where it actually is starting to look like spring, but I still won't be fooled into thinking nice weather is here for good.

Currently under a very localized Severe Thunderstorm Watch (only the coastal counties of the upper Texas coast) as a squall is supposed to come through this evening. Currently cloudy and 77 degrees.

Meh. I'm finally getting a tan and the days aren't twelve minutes long. I'm loving this.

Meanwhile, I almost had to laugh at the though of getting a tan in April in the Northeast. It's rainy season here - we've had rain four of the past five days!

JayhawkCO

Only going to get up to 40 today and snow 1-3 inches.  About done with the snow for the season.

The severe thunderstorm watch was a bust. It didn't even rain. The high today is cooler than normal, at only 72 degrees. Still cloudy.
