Is Park Fast a Business Name?

I noticed in Downtown Newark, NJ all parking lots have a sign that reads " Park Fast."

Is that the official name of the lot owner's business? Or is that the Newark lingo and pointing to the public a parking lot?

If it is a name, then one owner owns a lot of lots and has a monopoly over the city's public parking.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

So it is. Their signs are too plain and the name isn't that professional sounding.

Sounds like something that would be located near a large airport.

there are other examples of business names that seem non-professional sounding.

But it describes the service they provide.  If you're looking for a parking space, a sign reading "Xentra" won't catch your eye.

Give that some thought.

If the name was plain and wasn't professional sounding, they wouldn't have succeeded in having a bunch of lots.

There's certainly no monopoly in Newark regarding parking.

Too plain for what?  Not professional sounding for what?
