exit number inconsistency on I-880N Warren Ave and nearby exits

The exit number of Warren Avenue on I-880N (at least, on the overhead BGSes) was changed this year from 12 to 13. More precisely:

- Warren Avenue changed from 12B to 13A
- as a result:
  - Mission Blvd changed from 12A to 12
  - Fremont Blvd (South) changed from 13 to 13B

However, only the exit tabs on the overhead BGSes changed. The smaller "Exit #" signs at the gore point have not been updated, nor has Google Maps for example.

The change must have been pretty recent, maybe as part of the repaving, since GSV images from earlier in 2024 show the old exit numbers on the BGSes.
