As Stephane posted elsewhere, the A-410 interchange with University Blvd. has now opened.  Link is in French only: http://www.cyberpresse.ca/la-tribune/sherbrooke/201009/07/01-4313195-le-pont-de-la-410-est-ouvert.php

Seems that the extension hasn't added any distance to the route yet, just converted the end from a signal to an interchange.
