Stoplights that need to stay red longer

There are times when I wished a light stayed red longer so I could perform a non-driving act while waiting for the light to change.

CA-51 and Business 80 gets renamed as CA-x07 or CA-x09 due to I-9 or I-7 being approved to go through the Sacramento area.

I-238 gets renamed as I-480 or I-380 if I-380 is extended as Southern Crossing.

I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet.

Considering the legislative hurdles it would take it change the designation it ain't likely happening.

Yukon Territory gives in, renumbers Highway 1 as Highway 97, allowing for US 97 in Alaska

(Honestly, they could just bypass a few towns, put Highway 1 through the towns and Highway 97 as the bypass, and it could count as two separate numbered routes.)
