The YT I'm referring to is the Yellowstone Trail an early auto trail between Plymouth Rock and Puget Sound.
Ah yes, the old Yellowstone Trail. I've never really been on it, though. Came close to it in/near Chicago, however.

EDIT: I actually should note that I've been to Plymouth (and its rock). Guess that means that I hit it (the trail) twice.
EDIT: I've been on it in Upstate NY. Just not continuously (in particular, the portions in and around Albany, Buffalo, and Rochester).
EDIT: I apparently crossed paths with it in the Springfield MA area.
I've been on large patches of the YT out west back east in New England I've spent time on older alignments of US route 1 including the Post Road.

I've been on the Boston Post Road. There's another Post Road that led to Albany. I've been on/near that one too.

Yes, if you mean the Old Spanish Trail (auto trail) that heads west from St. Augustine. But that was never supposed to follow an actual Spanish-built road (it uses the ROW of the British-built Kings Road between here and there). There was a actual Spanish-built road once that connected St. Augustine with where Tallahassee is now. But there was never a continuous road west to Pensacola, and west of P-Cola would have been French territory (Florida could have been French territory too if it weren't for a series of events also involving the Spanish), followed by Texas, which has similar history to that of Florida (it being claimed by both France and Spain, with, like Florida, Spain being ultimately victorious in their claim to the territory). West of Texas is New Mexico, and further west is California.

Thanks for the info I was referring to the Spanish trail. I was in contact with someone from the YT about a junction on one of their maps but it ceased after Covid.

The above is a link to Tallahassee Magazine. I hope it gives you adequate information on how the old Spanish-built road between St. Augustine and Tallahassee was turned into Bellamy Road (and then abandoned) by America. Bellamy Road, or at least a small portion of it, was incorporated into the Old Spanish Trail, but the auto trail doesn't really use Spanish-built roads outside of that. The mission in what is now Tallahassee was San Luis for short. There were others along the old road.
