If a 20-story building named its floors as letters instead of numbers, then there wouldn't even be a "Floor 3".  It would be "Floor C" instead.

My settings have the most recent post at the top, not the bottom.  Therefore, what shows up for me as "Reply #18" is not what shows up as "Reply #18" for you.  But, at any rate, I think I know which post you're talking about.  And yes, it has a missing "not".  Or, more properly, it has a missing "not necessarily".
