The video shows the planned boulevard to replace the freeway. It looks like it will be one of the nicest streets in Dallas.

This project will displace the Ghetto Club. Does anyone know if it has already been cleared? More photos www.dfwfreeways.com/us175

So...how will they connect the new US 175 freeway with I-45 going south?? Through Spur 310??

Looking at the map, there appears to be a ramp from US 175 to Lamar St. and ramps south from from Lamar St. to US 175 and I-45.  That's an improvement over the existing connections.  There's only a small area from which traffic needing such a connection could originate.  Even a small distance from the intersection, traffic to I-45 south is better off headed directly toward I-45 or toward I-635 or I-20.  Such a small trip-generating area probably doesn't warrant a direct connector.
I'd like to buy a vowel, Alex.  What is E?

So the new Interstate 45/US 175 interchange is only going to be a half interchange (no ramps North 45 to East 175/West 175 to South 45)?

Yes, that appears to the case. I think they are just trying to support the existing traffic pattern, and keep costs low.

If the Trinity Parkway is built, it would extend westward over I-45. The path is faintly visible in the schematic. I would expect that connections between NB I-45 to WB Trinity Parkway, and EB Trinity Parkway to SB I-45 would be needed. However, I don't see provisions for those connections in the schematic.

Trinity Parkway got canceled months ago. That's why those provisions for the connections aren't in the schematic.
