Believe it or not, ODOT has made some positive improvements to their website when it comes to project information:

https://biappsrv.odot.ok.gov/apex/f?p=129:2:::NO:2::

A map of "high impact" projects. Click on an icon and a link to a Project Report pops up.  I read the one for I-35 improvements around WinStar casino.  Unfortunately, it contains thte type of sloppy errors we've seen before.  ODOT is NOT building 2 eight lane bridges across the Red River.
When you come to a fork in the road... TAKE IT.
