I know NJ 165 (a .26 mile route) has a street blade sign on NJ 29 for some odd reason. I'm not sure if NJ 59 or NJ 64 have any signage referring to them.

State Route 906 Spur in Washington is the shortest signed highway I've driven, I think. SRWeb says .44 miles.

Link 44C in Nebraska is quite short too.

Washington State Route 504 Spur is pretty short too

Indiana SR 520 near Michigan City is only a quarter of a mile. It is fully signed.

Both get a single traffic light blade: 59 64

FL 160 is about 500 feet and VERY well signed from FL 61 and US 319, in addition to reassurance markers...

Virginia has some short ones that are signed:
VA 79 - 0.23 miles
VA 162 - 0.17 miles
VA 292 - 0.39 miles
VA 300Y is sorta signed - 0.04 miles

A number of others are under a mile but most are VA 3xx series routes

North Carolina's shortest route NC 400 is signed and is 0.49 miles WB.

Off the top of my head I believe South Carolina's shortest primary route is US 701 Bus for Tabor City NC, signed on its 900 ft length.

Both VT-26 and VT-119 are about 1/8 of a mile, continuations of NH route from bridges across the river to the nearest road on the VT side.  Both fully signed.

In Rhode Island, it's probably RI-152, a short continuation of MA-152, less than 1/2 mile.

Those are not separate routes. VT/NH/MA 119 is a single route, and VT/NH/ME 26 is a single route. The same applies for all routes that keep their number across borders in New England.

LA 415 Spur is .46 miles and is probably the most traveled, shortest, and signed route in Louisiana. It's part of the connecting route from US 190 eastbound to I-10 coming into Baton Rouge. I know Louisiana has a ton of much shorter routes, but there are very few signed.

Believe it or not, SR 437 is shorter (and a useless overlap). It's the north-south block of SR 438 in Ocoee.

Texas Loop 168 is 0.074 mile, about 400 feet long.  It's nearly unsigned, though (which is rare in Texas). There's only one sign pointing to it on northbound Loop 157.  I'd probably say it doesn't count since it isn't a dead end and doesn't have at least one sign on each side.
I'd like to buy a vowel, Alex.  What is E?

VA 132Y in Williamsburg which serves the Colonial Williamsburg Information center is one of VA's shortest at 0.29 miles.

Then VA 162 is also another short one, even shorter than the VA 132 Spur at 0.17 miles.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Only 0.16 miles long, OH 365 manages to be well-signed from its terminus at OH 235/366.  Its other end is at a state park.

NM 29  I believe would qualify  for New Mexico's shortest  2 digit   route.  It goes from downtown Chama  to  dead end about a half mile NE  of town.  It used to go much further towards  the Colorado border.

Alabama State Route 208 is signed for all of 0.8 miles. There's also an END sign at it's western terminus (no need for one at the Georgia border).

AL 151 and AL 209 are even shorter, haven't seen the signage for myself.

Never knew about that one...

Not sure why they didn't just leave CR 437 signs up, but perhaps just for navigation's sake FDOT opted for the white shields.

AR 369 is about 1/4 mile and dead-ends at the charcoal plant near Subiaco.

In Minnesota I believe it's MN 299, which is a 0.6 mile spur off of MN 60 to the State Academy for the Deaf in Faribault.

AL 151 was signed from what I remember.
