Are there any old street lights with the round bulb holders?  Such as the type in this pic above the "Exit 16" sign?

Here is the link...the pic isn't working right

or this kind with the cross at the top with curved arm and holding wires (to the right of the Exit 133B sign?

CT used to have a lot of this type along I-84 in Danbury, when the highway was widened in the mid 1980s they were replaced.
I only take pics of good looking signs. Long live non-reflective button copy!

What do you mean by round bulb holder? Do you mean the shape of the lantern itself? Is this what you're looking for, the lanterns in the middle of this picture rather than the common cobrahead type?

Yes the type in the middle....most around here in CT has been replaced over the years....just wondered if other states still have them.

There's a more common type of that sort of lantern above the green sign in this picture. These are used everywhere, from main streets to lighting the yards of individual houses.

Edit - I've found a better picture of the same lanterns below.

There's a similar type of that lantern used on some Toronto streets and alleyways:

As for the curved arm with support wires. I've seen them used around here for traffic signals and streetlights but no new ones are installed now.

Charleston, WV has some interesting old lights along I-64 and I-77 through the city.  While kind of dated, they do give the highway a distinctive look, and they're pretty tidy in their installation.  They also have some cool sign gantries that look to be made of COR-TEN steel.  They used to have a diamond-shaped fencing/mesh behind them, but it was removed probably 5 years or so ago when all the signs themselves were replaced.  You can see the remaining tabs where the mesh attached to the frame, as well as the lights, in the photos of the West Virginia State Capitol at http://www.angelfire.com/yt2/lastword/roadpics/nc08g.html  You can see what the signs used to look like at http://www.gribblenation.com/wvpics/subs/64-77-79-curley.jpg
