Anyone know what the routing of ALT US 42 was? As of recently, there were still some ALT US 42 signs on some roads west of downtown. I think I remember seeing those signs in the 1970s. But that's really nowhere near US 42, which is really more on the east.

What was the full routing for ALT US 42? I don't think any map ever labeled it.

It has always appeared to me that the alternate routings posted in Cincinnati were done by the city, not ODOT, and were thus unofficial. I could be wrong, however.
