USBR 90 in Louisiana

Noticed USBR 90 as a listed route on OSM, and it made me do a little research. Any chances on Louisiana actually signing USBR 90? I would imagine the state would sign it, and maybe even add bike lanes along some of the curvy roads. I know that the state has signed a bicycle training route along River Road near Sunshine and the L'Auberge casino, and it's really interesting.

I would love to see the route approved by AASHTO, and signed as quickly as possible. I would even like to see small brown signs like are present along the Natchez Trace with information pointing to hotels or restaurants for bicyclists. One can only hope!!!
