Looks like Google Streetview had beginned to cover some parts of Russia like Moscow and St. Petersburg. http://goo.gl/maps/7tFQw

Russia has been on Google Street View for over a year (the largest cities were introduced in February 2012) but they recently expanded street view to many more locations.

There is also Yandex Street View in Russia and neighboring countries (like Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkey) but knowledge of Cyrillic comes in handy even though the words Карты (maps) and панораму (panorama) are not terribly difficult to figure out.

Oh, heck yeah, have you not yet checked out the Kremlin?

According to an Estonian member of Skyscrapercity:

It was a road viaduct built in 1961. In 1985 a railway crane hit the viaduct and damaged it beyond repair. In 1986 a "temporary" bypass was created and it stands till this day.

The road carries less than 1,000 vehicles per day.

Look at the lack of proper barriers or guidence at the diversion point:

Does the Estonian highway authority require more barriers and guidance at intersections like that one?

Doesn't look too hard to navigate, given all the weeds growing on the old alignment.  Pavement markings would help though.  If you had the pavement striping you probably wouldn't need anything else.

The Kaliningrad Oblast is also on Google Street View as well.
