Back in 2015 and 2016 I visited the 1911 Cameron Suspension Bridge which was the original alignment of US 89 over the Little Colorado River. The Cameron Suspension Bridge replaced Tanner's Ferry and was in service until 1959 when a replacement span was opened. The Cameron Suspension Bridge is identical in design to the 1916 Dewey Bridge just off of UT 128 and currently carries a pipeline.

Unfortunately the Dewey Bridge on 128 is no more after some dumb kid played with matches and burned most of it down. The towers and original cables are still there, but the whole deck is gone.

True, I actually linked our earlier article on the Dewey Bridge. The real shame is that the Dewey Bridge could be salvaged if the money could be fronted to build a new deck. Oddly it kind of fits the motif of abandonment UT 128 has with Cisco also on the highway.
