New signs have been installed as a result of the Tully Road reconstruction.
I'm not quite sure what's possessing Caltrans and/or contractors to use a down-arrow as an up-and-right arrow on exit direction signs.  The exit direction signs on I-580 at the new Isabel Avenue interchange also use this type of arrow.  I find it aesthetically unappealing.

At least the interstate shields are the proper shape and not the bubble or angular type seen back in the early 2000's.

If I owned a dam and decided to donate it to charity, would I be giving a dam? I'm sure that might be a first because no one really gives a dam.

Just some added guardrail along the route; this was around mile marker 270.

Ah, Florida's hills. That bridge is at the top of a ridge and you can see down into the valley heading northbound.

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

Looks like the cop has lost his hiding place although I see a crossover has been built near the bridge.

The Inner Loop of I-495 in Virginia at the US-29 (Lee Highway) overpass on October 14, 2001:

Same place now:

Just north of that overpass approaching I-66 on October 14, 2001:

Almost exactly the same spot on December 21, 2012:

The Inner Loop approaching the Washington Street overpass in Alexandria, Virginia, on June 17, 2005:

Same place on July 9, 2010 (the redesigned BGSs are now found before this spot and the lanes on the other side of the barrier to the left go in the same direction as these do):

Same sign pre and post Amway Arena.  The original arena was one part of the "Centroplex" along with the "Bob Carr" and when it closed to allow the new Amway Center (to the left in the after pic) there was only the Carr so no plex.

I like this thread. I'd like to join in on the fun as well.

Below, is a then and now of an intersection that exists on Staten Island, New York. Arthur Kill Rd. and Richmond Av. The first picture dates back to the late 1940s or so, while the other picture is of present day.

Two photos of the Exit 78 on I-4 Eastbound diverge point taken in 09 and of what it looks like as of today.  I myself did not notice it at time of taking the latter, but not only was the "EXIT ONLY" tab changed, but so was the gantry.

Map of Virginia from back in the 1950s prior to the Interstate system. What's wild is that you could pretty much use this to navigate today! I find it interesting that US-17 west of where I-95 is now is shown as a Virginia State Route.

For comparison purposes, here's the roughly equivalent section of Virginia's current highway map (the green-colored roads denote "Virginia Byways," i.e., scenic roads):

It seems VDOT decided to contribute to this as well. From their Flickr page (which has spectacular photos), the Springfield Interchange in 1998:
