That's different, I wasn't even aware there was a CA 60 Business Route in Moreno Valley.

It extends about 2 miles, in the area known as Sunnymead.  It has at least one reassurance shield on the east bound lanes, though I don't think that sign had the 'Business' designation. [My 1976 Rand McNally atlas shows this route as an un-numbered blue highway passing through the area].

Out of curiosity what streets does it run on?  From what I recall the very earliest alignment of US 60 was up there.  That would be a strange relic to survive this long into the State Highway era.

Must be a recent replacement. The old END marker there disappeared for awhile.

Sunnymead Blvd., which does appear to be the original alignment of US 60 in the area (if my old AAA map it cartographically correct).  It runs parallel to the south side of the CA 60 freeway from exit 55 (Frederick St/Pigeon Pass Rd) to exit 57 (Perris Blvd.).  That sign in just east of the Perris Blvd. intersection.

I see, the signage must be relatively new given I don't remember it being there on Sunnymead when worked in the area a decade ago.  Interesting to note, the original alignment of US 60 was actually all the way south on Alessandro when Jack Rabbit Trail was in use.

I'm not sure how much relationship it has with old US 60, tbh. I think it really was/is just a business-oriented alignment (like BR 395 in Ridgecrest has nothing to do with the old US 395 alignment to the west of the current highway).

I like that CA 198 END signage. Slick.

Probably the most unique contribution I can offer this thread is both KS 137 end signs. The route itself is about 0.2 miles long, yet it is ridiculously well-signed.

Here are several from California (Kern County) and a "sort of" End Sign from San Bernardino County:

1. CA SR 65 End at the onramp to CA SR 99, near Oildale in the Bakersfield area

2. CA SR 119 End at CA SR 99, at Pumpkin Center, also near Bakersfield

3. CA SR 184 (Weed Patch Hwy) End at SR 223

4. CA SR 204 End at SR 58, in Bakersfield.  As far as I can tell, 204 is multiplexed with CA SR 99 Business for its entire length.

5. CA SR 223 End at I-5

6. An End, kind of, in Barstow, San Bernardino County, where CA SR 247 crosses over I-15. As far as I can tell this is the northern End of SR 247.

Caltrans District 6 loves those stupid little half banners. The old, proper MUTCD spec ones they used to do were so much better.

Caltrans District 1 got it right!
