Rare green/white US Business Route shields

This is my first time uploading pictures here, so if I'm doing something wrong please tell me. These pictures are from 2006 of US 23 Bus in Portsmouth, OH.

^ Maryland also has some of those, so maybe not as rare as you think.

Most business U.S. routes in Maryland have these shields. US 1 Business in Bel Air and US 13 and 50 Business in Salisbury are perfect examples. The new US 219 Business in Grantsville has one, as do US 113 Business in Snow Hill, and it also expands to state routes: MD 30 Business in Hampstead, MD 5 Business in Hughesville and MD 404 Business in Denton.
