3x3 rural expressways

Wondering how many roads with this configuration exist? Usually when a DOT looks to upgrade a 2x2 expressway, they turn it into a freeway, but I'm sure 3x3 expressways exist somewhere.

Rules
* Not a freeway: needs at-grade intersections
* Needs to go for at least a few miles
* Needs to have three lanes in each direction
* Needs a divided median (no center turn lane)
* Can't be mostly an urban/suburban arterial (obviously there are many of these)
