I tried a search for Future Interstate 67, got nothing. Thread time! What is the actual official status on I-67?
You didn't look long enough:
I-67: TN, KY, IN (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=5513.0)

What I mean, is it actually assigned to a corridor, with Future Interstate 67 sign up, etc.

That's also what I mean. It's not officially recognized anywhere.
It exists here and in the minds of a few economic development officials in Jasper, Indiana.
The promoters of the project have stopped referring to it as "I-67" in favor of the "MidState Corridor":

Since Kentucky put up "Future I-65 Spur" signs on the Natcher Parkway in August:

I believe that, if anything, "MidState Corridor" should be incorporated in the title of the thread.
