I found this interesting..On CT DOT's website today, there is a list of funded and nonfunded projects and a letter to the FHWA about the need for more funding and cooperation since the expiration of the SAFETEA-LU

Interesting. I wish they had converted the original TICP doc to PDF instead of scanning each page as a bitmap.

The question is not "Has your DOT done this?" but rather "Has your Govenator done this?"  Governor Schwarzenegger actually assumed that part of this year's California deficit will be plugged by Federal dollars, without first securing that money from the feds.
