Maybe, and not for a while if they are.  The current project calls for only the NB ETL to be extended north of White Marsh.  SB ETL would require reconstructing the SB lanes of I-95, just as the NB lanes were rebuilt for this project.  But the modified interchange at Route 152 does include "ghost ramps" for future SB ETLs.  Renderings of the about-to-be-modified Route 24 interchange indicate SB ETL ramps as well. (Note: Exit 77/Rt. 24 will not include ETL ramps leading to or from the north, since the lanes come to an end just north of there.)

A new exit is being built at Belvidere Rd.

That seems reasonable, because the ETLs are expected to end just to the north of Exit 80 (MD 543), and the overall distance is a little over two miles between the two exits. There's no reason to build ramps for such a short tolled segment. If the ETLs do ever go further north than Exit 80 (which I believe is necessary but unlikely) then this decision might need to be revisited.

I think that satellite shot was recent, they show the land at the junction of MD-4 with MD-337 and Suitland Parkway is cleared for the construction of the interchange.

My photos of I-895 NB (entire route) and I-95 NB (from I-895 north of Baltimore to MD 24/MD 924 just north of the ETLs) from 12/29/2024 are uploaded.

Please don't tell me express lanes are now being built on the westside of the Beltway.

I have not seen any source stating that Express Lanes on planned for I-695 around Baltimore.

Are you thinking of the I-695 TSMO project currently underway, which will convert the left shoulder to a part-time travel lane?

It's in the middle of the highway between Liberty and 795. Idk it just reminds me of the 95 ETLs haha.

It wasn't me either, although there are better places in Maryland to put a fictional Interstate 995 designation.

Are there any renderings of the new interchange at the so-called Triple Bridges Project? Since I-70 will never continue east of I-695 (where MD 570 is now), I'm guessing some sort of cloverstack design, with flyovers to and from I-70 and loop ramps serving the MD 570 half of the interchange.

It doesn't sound like a reconfiguration is happening at this time due to budget limitations per https://mdot-sha-i695-interc-at-i70-ba006223-maryland.hub.arcgis.com/

Building the stack interchange may have made sense when I-70 (née I-70N) was "not yet built" in the city, but after its status changed to "will never be built", it has become outdated and impractical. Not to mention that the western half is overloaded with freeway-to-freeway traffic, while the eastern half is severely underused with the Park & Ride stub end that is hilariously labeled "Local Traffic". Classic case of counting one's chickens before they hatch.

A set of US 113 cutouts in Snow Hill are gone now at MD 12 but on 2008 GMSV.

The last proper cutout in Maryland I saw was on I-895 (was a TO US 1 shield).
