Can anyone identify this bridge?

This print was hanging in a motel I stayed at a while back, and I'm hoping someone might be able to identify the bridge in it. As you can see, it's been twinned with an arch bridge just to its right, which should narrow things down somewhat.

MD-145 across inlet to Loch Raven Reservoir (Paper Mill Road Iron Bridge).  Phoenix, MD.

I don't believe that the older MD 145 bridge was exactly "twinned" (with both being in use simultaneously).  But rather, the older bridge was left in place as a historical landmark.  Last I heard there may be future plans to open the old bridge for recreational use.  No evidence of that last time I crossed it (albeit some time ago).

Heh.  Looks like from the print that people are already using it recreationally.

Thanks. I appreciate your help here.

(I tried that and got a whole bunch of other bridges.)
