Ban message upon login?

A few minutes ago, when I tried to open the forum, I got a message saying:
“Sorry Takumi, you are banned from using this forum!
Sockpuppeting, discriminatory language, trolling, failure to comply with staff direction, abuse of staff members, abuse of reporting system.
This ban is not set to expire.”

I tried opening an incognito tab, and the same message appeared but with Guest instead of my username. A few minutes later it worked fine. Did this happen with anyone else?

This was in error (IP range).  It has been fixed.
