Loosely BC37A Stewart-Cassiar Highway

You could make an argument for that being the most important crossing to Alaska, since it's the only access to Hyder, and Hyder residents share a lot of community resources with Stewart, BC (including school).

I mean, there's only 87 people in Hyder.  I'm pretty sure that the amount of goods that come on the Alaska Highway serve a few more people in the remaining part of the state.

Absolutely, and I would probably rate the Alaska highway higher, but it does show how subjective the notion of "importance" would be. Shut down the Hyder crossing and the town is cut off. Shut down the Alaska Highway crossing and goods can take a longer, more expensive route.

Also of note for Alaska, do you count the ferry system connections to Bellingham and/or Prince Rupert?

If we start doing that, then we have to do the same for Washington, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Maine too.
