Every toll road in Florida.

Amusingly I did CA 73 accidentally one time when I was an Arizona resident.  I have driven every tolled bridge in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Tri-State Tollway
Veterans' Memorial Tollway
Ronald Reagan Tollway
Jane Addams Tollway
Chicago Skyway
Elgin-O'Hare Tollway
Indiana East-West Toll Road
Ohio Turnpike
Maryland Inter County Connector That is an almost - got on from I-95, not from US 1. Looking closer at the map, the ICC doesn't go all the way to the Parkway

If Toll Bridges count...Lewis & Clark Bridge along I-265

Right, I have not.

The GPS routed us through NJ/PA to Toronto instead and not I-87

I'll just list my traveled toll roads, and put a star next to it for clinched

- Jane Addams Tollway*
- Chicago Skyway*
- Tri State Tollway MM 0-40
- Indiana Toll Road MM 0-17
- Pennsylvania Turnpike MM 75-236
- Mon Fayette Expy MM 11-36
- Massachusetts Turnpike MM 78-Eastern terminus
- NY Thruway MM 426-PA border
- NJ Turnpike Southern Terminus-Exit 13 and Exit 14-16E
- I-78 NJ Turnpike extension*
- Various Chinese expressways, as the whole system is tolled

Edit: forgot the Florida ones:
- Florida's Turnpike MM 254-Northern terminus
- FL 528 Western terminus-MM 11
- FL 429 MM 6-22

I have a grand total of 0 miles driven on the Ohio turnpike, though have been on the free sections in the state of all 3 interstates that uses the turnpike at some point. The way the turnpike is aligned makes it hard to find a practical reason to use it from where I am.

NJ Turnpike
Garden State Parkway
Atlantic City Expressway
Delaware Turnpike
PA Turnpike (Mainline)
PA Turnpike (NE Extension)
Maryland's tolled I-95
Ohio Turnpike
Indiana Turnpike
NH Turnpike

(I'm not doing bridges and tunnels. Some could be multiple times per *day*).

Does Going to the Sun Road count?  Acadia's Park Loop Road?  Heck, any NPS tour road that requires a fee?

I am sure I am missing some other scenic kind of toll roads and I am pretty sure I haven't fully clinched anything in the Chicagoland area.

Not sure if I fully clinched Alligator Alley, but I believe I have at least passed through all (both?) of its toll plazas.

I also don't think I've gone all the way to US 1 on MD 200.  Just from I-370 to I-95.

Strangely, I don't believe I've been across the Bayonne Bridge.

The three I know for sure are the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway, the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway and the Chicago Skyway. I believe the only piece of the Tri State I have missed is the section between where I-88 exits going northbound and I-88 enters going northbound. The only other ones I have been on are the Indiana Toll Road, the Kansas Turnpike and the Ohio Turnpike.

Don Shula Expressway (SR 874)
Airport Expressway (SR 112)

I used to say that I clinched SR 836 (Dolphin Exwy), however, they extended it and I have not been on the extension.  I could also say the same with the old Crosstown Expressway now named after some Selmon dude. (SR 618).  I have been on the toll roads in the Orlando area as well but they keep on extending those.  I am not sure if I clinched them or not.

New Hampshire
Kentucky (after the tolls were gone, and maybe before)
Chicago Skyway (is that a toll road or toll bridge?)
Maybe the Tri-State.
A lot of the NY Thruway, but I don't know if I got it all.

Not going to try to count bridges and tunnels. I think the following is accurate for toll roads.

Dulles Toll Road
Dulles Greenway
I-495 HO/T lanes in Virginia
I-95 and I-395 HO/T lanes in Virginia
The Pocahontas Parkway (VA-895)
JFK Highway in Maryland (I think of the toll as being for the bridge, but when I was a little kid it was definitely construed as being for the whole road, so I'll list it)
Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway (while the toll is for the tunnel, you can't use the road northbound without going through the tunnel)
Delaware Turnpike
US-301 in Delaware
Pennsylvania Turnpike and Northeast Extension
New Jersey Turnpike mainline (both Eastern and Western Spurs) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike extension, but not the Newark Bay Extension
Atlantic City Expressway
New England Thruway (I-95 in New York)
New Hampshire Turnpike
Mount Washington Auto Road
Maine Turnpike
Cobequid Pass Toll Highway in Nova Scotia
Florida's Turnpike mainline (but not the Homestead Extension)
The Bee Line (FL-528)
FL-417
FL-429
The tolled portion of FL-414
Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869, though I have not been on the non-tolled surface street part east of the Turnpike)
Gratigny Parkway (FL-924)
Alligator Alley
Rickenbacker Causeway
First Coast Expressway (FL-23)–I'll lose this clinch when they extend the road, and I doubt I'll ever re-clinch it because we use it to visit a friend who is preparing to move this summer, so I won't have any reason to use the road once she moves.

Missing tiny pieces of: The Garden State Parkway between NJ-440 and the New Jersey Turnpike; the Intercounty Connector (MD-200) between I-95 and US-1; the Powhite Parkway (VA-76) at its extreme western end; and VA-195 at its extreme western end.

(Edited to add the Atlantic City Expressway, which I had forgotten about until I saw Crown Victoria's post.)

Every current toll road in the following states:

IN
MD
NJ
NY
OH
WV

Almost:

DE (missing US 301 entirely)
IL (missing IL 390 entirely and I-355 south of I-88)
NH (missing roughly the northern half of the Spalding Tpk)
PA (missing the Mon-Fayette Expwy entirely)
VA (missing VA 267 inside the beltway, as well as all HOT lanes in NOVA except I-66)

I've also clinched:

I-185 (SC)
NC 147 & 540 (at least until it's extended again)
Hardy Toll Rd (TX)

Former toll roads:

Audubon Pkwy (only KY Pkwy I've driven when it was still tolled)
GA 400
Niagara Section of the NYST

The toll roads from the Chicago Skyway to Breezewood
Northwest (now Addams) Tollway
Will Rogers Turnpike

Kansas Turnpike
The last four are as a passenger when I was young, so they may not count. Other than the Addams, I'd probably shunpike the rest in part because I'm retired and rarely in a hurry on vacation.

I'm bound to be forgetting some, but...

Kansas Turnpike (I-70/I-335/I-35)
East-West Toll Road (I-88ILL) or whatever it's called
Chicago Skyway (I-90)
H. E. Bailey Turnpike (I-44) but not its spur
Cimarron Turnpike (US-412)
TX-130
Camino Colombia Toll Road (TX-255) before tolls were removed
Autopista Monterrey—Nuevo Laredo (Carr. Fed. 85D)
Autopista Paila—Saltillo (Carr. Fed. 40D)
Autopista Chapalilla—Compostela (Carr. Fed. 68D)

I've also clinched the autopista between Chihuahua and Ciudad Juárez, but only by bus.

In conclusion, not that many. I'm not counting tolled sections of roads that are not otherwise tolled, such as bridges or park roads part of a larger route or anything like that.

Too busy at the moment to make a complete list, but here are some of my more exotic ones:

CO 5 to the Mt. Evans summit (highest road in North America, but not much higher than the Pikes Peak toll road)

The Anton Anderson one-lane tunnel, shared by motor vehicles and trains, to Whittier AK

The short-lived lava viewing road on Hawaii's Big Island ("short-lived" not because destroyed by lava, but rather the lava stopped flowing there enough to generate tourist interest and toll revenue)

Bridges could probably be a separate thread at this point.

I included bridges and tunnels that have relatively substantial approach roads, such as I-695 (really MD-695) approaching the F.S. Key Bridge. I-895 (Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway) and U.S. 13 (Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel).

True, but in all of those examples, the approach roads are free.

I-895 is only free north of Lombard Street.  The other 12 miles are tolled.  You even pay a toll to get on/off at Childs Street, even though you don't use the tunnel in that case.  It absolutely counts.

I-895 is an interesting case. The highway isn't officially tolled except at the tunnel and that one exit, but the way it's set up with all the ramps pointed towards the toll plaza, it ends up being you have no way of exiting before the toll plaza.

But the other two, the approach highways are definitely free.

True, but in all of those examples, the approach roads are free.

The U.S. 13 approach road to the CBBT from the Northhampton County (Eastern Shore) side is most definitely not free.

Short parts of the I-895B and I-895A spurs are free, but most of them (especially I-895B) are tolled.

Much of the MD-695 approach to the F.S. Key Bridge from the west is free, even though it is toll-maintained by MDTA.  Part of the approach to the bridge from the east is also free, but a significant portion is toll.

Most of the I-95 approaches to the FMT in Baltimore City (including I-395) are free, even though all of it is toll-maintained.

It's a regional thing.  Illinois does not refer to a toll highway "tollway" as a freeway.

I-895 is an interesting case. The highway isn't officially tolled except at the tunnel and that one exit, but the way it's set up with all the ramps pointed towards the toll plaza, it ends up being you have no way of exiting before the toll plaza.

But the other two, the approach highways are definitely free.

I-895 was built and engineered in the pre-Interstate days (it opened 1957) as a way to keep north-south traffic traveling the U.S. 1 corridor and east-west traffic on the U.S. 40 corridor out of downtown Baltimore City.  It was absolutely intended as a thruway, with exits and entrances designed so that all traffic had to pass through the tunnel and pay the toll at the toll plaza located south of the tunnel. All of it has always been toll-maintained.

The "free" section of I-895 north pf Lombard Street is fairly new.  Before the ramps at Lombard Street were constructed in the 1990's, the only "free" part was an exit at Moravia Road for southbound traffic (which was signed "LAST EXIT BEFORE TOLL") and entrances to I-895 northbound (signed I-95 then and now), since all traffic entering there ended up on I-95.

When I-95 north of Baltimore opened as the Northeast Expressway (later JFK Highway) toll road i n 1963, I-895 was signed as "TO I-95" but not as I-895 until years later.  It became de-facto I-95 until the Fort McHenry Tunnel opened to traffic in 1985.

The ramps at Childs Street were always there, but only in the past 20-or-so years have has the northbound exit ramp and the southbound entrance ramp been properly signed.
