Noticed these shields along the state line, but the way the roads are never exactly straight, could anyone maybe shed some light onto what jurisdiction the shields are for? It's between Arkansas and Louisiana.

If the sign says County, it's Arkansas. If it says Parish, it's Louisiana.  :poke:

I can't tell because the resolution of GSV images is terrible.

The license plate blurring carries over to shields. I guess a trip to Webster Parish is warranted!

I'm guessing it's Louisiana, since Columbia AR is 278 and splits into 2 roads at the State Line (one being PR 24). I also followed the road to the south end at LA 157 and there's a PR 27 sign at that end, as well.

Again, I'm going to say Louisiana. Going to the Map View, this is just inside the LA State Line. When I get to the south end, there a sign northbound for PR 213
