Looking for state/US, state/Interstate, and US/Interstate.

Kentucky -- yes. Numerous state and US concurrencies, KY 841/I-265, and I-75/US 25-421 are examples.

West Virginia -- yes. Numerous state and US concurrencies, WV 2/I-77 and I-79/US 19 are examples.

Virginia -- yes. One stretch of I-66 also carries VA 55 and US 17.

Tennessee -- yes. I-75 has a signed concurrency with US 25W and when that route exits, it picks up a signed concurrency with TN 63.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Examples from Massachusetts:

Interstate/State - I-95/MA 128
US/State - US 5/MA 10; also MA 2/US 202
Interstate/US/State - I-95/US 3/MA 128; I-95/US 1/MA 128; also I-93/US 1/MA 3
State/State - MA 4/MA 225

Georgia: very yes.

Interstate/US, without a signed state route: I-285/US 19, I-985/US 23
Interstate/state, without a US route: I-575/GA 5
US/state, without an Interstate: literally the entire remainder of the US system in Georgia
All three: I-20/US 278/GA 12, I-75/US 41/GA 7, most of I-516

PA:

Interstate/US - common; longest ones include I-99/US 220, I-78/US 22, I-80/US 220, I-376/US 22/US 30, and there are several shorter ones
Interstate/PA - rare  (I-78/PA 309, I-81/PA 309, I-80/PA 66)
US/State - there are a few, but short distance and not many (US 422/PA 26/PA 66, US 422/PA 56, US 119/PA 56, US 219/PA 56, US 11/PA 42 are examples)

I'll take a stab at Michigan, although I am no expert on the highway system:
Interstate/Interstate: I-69/96, I-69/94
Interstate/US Highway: I-75/US 23
Interstate/State Route: I-96/M-37
US Highway/US Highway:  None that I know of
US Highway/State: US 131/M-46
State/State: M-40/M-89

NE2

New Jersey has I-295/CR 551. Beat that.

(Minnesota used to have I-35W/CR 62.)

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

Rhode Island:

I-195/US 6/US 44
US 6/RI 10
RI 103/RI 114

I don't believe that RI has an Interstate/State Route concurrency (unless US 1A where it's concurrent w/I-195 has indeed been downgraded to a state route (based on some of the trailblazer/reassurance signs along segments that are not on the highway).

There are lots of US/county and MN/county duplexes, but the US 52/CR 12 duplex near Oronoco, MN is unique because the duplex is fully signed on freeway-grade US 52.

I'll give you a all-3 in Wisconsin:  I-41/ US 41&45 / WI 167

paulthemapguy

County routes don't run concurrent with anything else in Illinois.  But Illinois DOES have tollways with Interstate designations, and even a state route concurrent with a tollway (I-88/IL-56).

One example each of the common concurrency types:
Interstate/Interstate: I-80/I-294
Interstate/US: I-39/US51
Interstate/State: I-290/IL-53
US/State: US67/IL-100
US/US:  US24/US136
State/State:  IL-47/IL-176

Zeroing in on cases where you have all three route types (which IMO are more interesting than the far-more-common two-type concurrencies, though the County Route/other concurrencies will raise eyebrows), there is I-94/US 59/MN 210 outside Fergus Falls, MN.

Regarding what TheHighwayMan394 mentioned about county/non-county concurrencies in Minnesota....the vast majority of them are implied and unsigned, but I don't believe MnDOT considers them to be official, with notable exceptions like the aforementioned US 52/CSAH 12 and (in the past) US 169/Hennepin CSAH 1.  The way MnDOT approaches them, the county route has a break and then reconvenes.

California, post-1960s:

State/US
US 50: 89
numerous on US 101: 2, 170 (at one point), 23, 1 (many times), 166, 46, 156, 152, 84, 116, 128, 20.
US 395: 168, 120

Interstate/Interstate:
I-5 and I-10 in East Los Angeles

Interstate/State:
I-5: 33, 4 (until freeway project in Stockton is completed), 99 (Natomas area), (formerly 299 in Redding)
I-405: 22
I-15: 79, 18
I-215: 74, 60
I-80: 12, 113, 89
I-280: (formerly 85), 35, 1
I-680: 84, (formerly 24)
I-880: 84

Interstate/US:
I-10: US 95
I-40: US 95

No existing US/US concurrencies though US 50/99 in Sacramento, US 40/99W through West Sacramento, US 40/99E through Roseville all still existed ca. 1965-1967.

All three:
Sacramento: Business 80/(unsigned I-305)/US 50/Route 99 along the WX Freeway

I would say that this is common.  There are many short concurrencies between US and PA routes throughout the state.  (US 30/PA 23, US 322/PA 72, US 322/PA 241, US 202/PA 263, US 209/PA 33, US 222/PA 272(twice), US 6/PA 46, US 219/PA 346, US 222/PA 741, US 30/PA 116, US 219/PA 770, US 322/PA 153 (one of the longer ones), etc.)
I am now a PennDOT employee.  My opinions/views do not necessarily reflect the opinions/views of PennDOT.

MN-55 and County 101 in Plymouth is another notable signed exception.

I knew there was one in the UP, I just couldn't find it.  I thought it was 41/141, but I think that is in Wisconsin.

New Hampshire:

I-89/NH 10

ME 6/ME 15 (and US 201)
US 202/ ME 9 (or ME 4)
US 201/ US 202

Yes, I'd say that US/state concurrencies are quite common....almost not worth mentioning IMO.  Unfortunately, that's the only type of multi-system concurrency we have in Vermont.  As JP noted, we have no Interstate concurrencies (unless one wants to count the unofficial TRUCK US 2 around St J).

Quote from: MNHighwayManMN-55 and County 101 in Plymouth is another notable signed exception.

Yes, though that one stems mainly from 101 being a former state highway.  A very different case than the two I mentioned upthread.

Quote from: jp the roadgeekVermont:
US 2/US 7
VT 8/ VT 100

I wouldn't count these since the OP made it fairly clear he was looking for concurrencies where the two (or more routes) are of different types.  Which as noted above means we're limited to US/state concurrencies in Vermont like US 302/VT 14 or US 5/VT 12, amongst others.

Right, I was just mentioning it as an example. Will be interesting to see if MN-5 in Chanhassen gets the same treatment if MnDOT can ever get rid of the northern MN-101 segment in Carver County.

Indiana has every type of concurrency possible on I-465 alone.

bassoon1986

Louisiana:
US/State: Several. One example: US 71 & LA 1

Interstate/US: some: I-49/US 167 being the longest, I-55/US 51 also a fair one, I-20/US 80, I-20/US 371, and I-20/US 71, a couple of I-10/US 90, I-59/US 11, hidden I-910/Bus 90

Interstate/State: very few
I-49/LA 8
I-49/LA 28
I-310/LA 3127
I-510/LA 47

It's interesting that a good bit of interstates leaving Louisiana are water crossings, and most of them have a parallel US route now concurrent because the older bridge is now defunct that carried the US highway before the interstate highway came through.
