I suppose this car is better in pretty much every way than the 2007 Toyota Camry you posted about earlier.  Did you get the Mileage and price for this vehicle, and is it a V6?

Mileage is like 89,000 and price is $15,000. It's a better deal.
2007 camry was like 188,000 miles and was $6,600.

That Accord is not a V6.

15k for a 2015 Accord with the mileage and a four-banger isn't a deal.  Private party sales on KBB are showing $9,600-$10,500 prices for dealer sales and $12,200-$13,500 for private party.  Still a volume car, it should demand a volume price.

If they took $2,000 off the price, you'd be doing fine. But you can get a better deal than this.

No qualms about the car - I have a 2012 Accord I've been real happy with. This one is just overpriced.

That's from 2003-2007. That could be a nice first car! It looks really nice and fun to drive in there. i wouldn't mind it, really. Just have to find one that's in good condition.

Yeah, I would say $11-13k is more reasonable. $15k is a little too high, especially for 87,000 miles. I'm sure you can bargain and you wouldn't have to pay that full price.

It's much easier to talk down local dealerships, and I assume this is one. My dad recently bought a car in Indy and the dealership offered free delivery in a 500 radius (SGF is 470) and the deal was: To get delivery, you must pay full price". They aren't called car stealerships for nothing.

Just to give you an idea, I paid $12,800 for a 2012 Accord with 32,000 miles in 2015. Granted, it's the LX model with the 5-speed manual, but the one you're looking at has nearly THREE times the mileage.

I'm sure if it was an EX-L then it would be $15k. That used car dealership is a little overpriced.

I found a caddy SRX for only 17k at a local dealership once. 77k miles. It's been on the lot for quite some time and it has three or four previous owners.

Cadillac models tend to drop a ton of value in their first five model years.  You can get some screaming deals on the used car market if you keep your eyes open.

2009 Honda Accord EX-L. Look at that mileage! And it's only $9,995! It does have blown speakers i'm assuming because when i turn up the bass, it elevates like the speakers are trying to blowout.

He shouldn't even have a car in the first place. I'm not sure how people do that.

I do that with a lot of my cars if they have little to no value. It's easier just to pass them onto family sometimes over the hassle of trying to sell them.

Well, we are not lucky that we don't have our grandparents that do that. Unless you want to go on Offerup.com or some other site, it's worth it. Some of them are not that great really. Some also show down payment and not the full price.

Owning a car and legally driving a car are two totally separate things.

My family bought a new baseline '09 Accord LX for about $21000 I think before taxes and fees. It now currently has over 77K of mileage after ten years, it's a decent car for me. Despite that, this year alone I had to pay for a LOT of maintaince and parts:

Hopefully my Accord will last many more years!

I drove a 2008 Accord EX-L for a number of years (up to about 140K miles) and found it to be an extremely reliable car. I don't recall ever dealing with a single Check Engine light, even though I probably didn't do the greatest job of maintaining it (being young and in college when I got it). The only real issue I ever dealt with was the A/C system not properly distributing cool air to the driver's side of the car, which we weren't able to resolve after a number of attempted fixes.

In Oklahoma, the transfer of title requires that the purchase price be included on the form. I am not sure what, if anything, the Oklahoma Tax Commission does with this information, or what would happen if one were to place "$0" on that line. I imagine if it isn't in line with fair market value they could hit you with a gift tax.

Don't corporations and other business entities own cars and other vehicles, even though they don't have driver's licenses?

I've got a 1999 Accord that I took off the road once I got my 2002 Camry.

My plan has always been to fix it up just enough so that I could sell it to a bunch of high school kids who want to turn it into a rice rocket. Unfortunately, certain economic and mechanical issues have gotten in my way. One of them is my inability to remove the negative battery cable and replace it with another one. The thing won't come off!

It's not the only problem, but it's a notable one.
