I think I've seen a few of those. How about: list of thread unlock request threads.  :-P

US declares Puerto Rico the 51st state, starts building Interstates there
There are 3 unsigned Interstate highways in Puerto Rico.  https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highways_in_Puerto_Rico
I thought they didn't meet the standards, though.

Yeah...and neither do many interstates in Pennsylvania as well.

Most 2dis violate standards at one point or another:

10, 20, 40: at-grade intersections in very rural areas
93: one lane in each direction through Franconia Notch
95: outdated design through NYC; several others throughout the Northeast also have outdated designs
5, 64: drawbridges
I-40 has at-grade intersections? Also, I-64 should be fixed-span by 2030.

I-40 has at-grade intersections?

In Texas from MM-0 to MM-12, as I recall.

Oh, I'm now seeing that on Google Maps. I knew I-10 and I-20 had them, I never realized I-40 did as well. Next, you'll tell me I-35 between Austin and Dallas has at-grade intersections  :-D

Do us all a favor and FUCK OFF!

One of Marf's sockpuppets would probably create that thread, although he'd direct it at webny99. Not sure what the origin of Marf's grudge against webny99 is.

I made some joke about his "Maine Highway Fridays" (which were hilarious, at least IMO). I wish I could remember what thread it was in.

Then he got worked up that I made fun of him, and it went from there.

EDIT: OK, so I was at least partially to blame. I randomly inserted a comment about Maine Highway Fridays into the OP of one of my threads. I killed myself laughing at the time, having no idea of the havoc it would wreak.

I'm done looking. I'm tired.

I don't know how common this is elsewhere, but for a while I-295 in NJ near the lakes around Exits 14 - 16 were beginning to get a fair amount of RIRO traffic between interchanges, where people could drive off of I-295, take their cars down to the lake to drop off their small rowboats or kayaks, and then just park on the grass off of I-295.  Eventually the State Police must've informed the vehicle owners that this was a no-no so it eventually stopped.
